New Facebook app set to launch to sell houses

 The first use of social media as a specific platform for the proactive selling and letting of residential property is set for launch this month. Entrepreneur Sohail Rashid has created a property application on Facebook that enables home owners, agents and landlords to advertise property for sale, rent and room-share via their Facebook profile. This time, it’s from Google India extending the “The Web is What You Make of It” campaign with a spot about Tanjore, an ancient Indian art form that seems to be fading away from the modern every day world. The ad tells the story of a Tanjore artist who learns to make a website, and in doing do, starts brining back the ancient art (and with it the riches) from extinction via the suite of Google tools in a beautiful stop motion piece.
