This is an excellent option for those who have a property abroad or those of you who are trying to sell your home by yourself. (FSBO) You email us your property’s photographs, we review them, email you areas of improvement and you stage it yourself.
D I Y Home Stage – from £150.00
We come to your home, we provide you with a written home stage report detailing our recommendations and suggestions and you stage it yourself. (staged using your own furniture)
Complete Home Stage – from £450.00 up to 1% of the property price
We do it all – 100% hands of for you. We visit your property and then issue you with a Home Staging report detailing areas of improvement and costings. We then take care of it all, you just relax whilst your home is transformed into a property which buyers will be falling over themselves to purchase. (staged using you own furniture)
Key Home Stage – from £350.00
A modified version of our “Complete Home Stage” where we focus on five key rooms of a home.
Home Enhancement – from £350.00
Not selling but just need some help making the most of your living space? We rearrange and de-clutter, and redesign your current home to enhance your comfort and enjoyment. (staged using you own furniture)
